With his extensive experience in teaching, training and coaching, Joe is a natural communicator, who is able to help individuals understand important principles of business.

He uses a solution-focused approach combined with extensive learning theory and executive coaching frameworks. Joe encourages clients to engage in reflective and productive conversations leading to powerful insights about their performance and leadership style.

His multi-discipline industry and education experience and leadership roles have enabled him to develop a wealth of hands-on commercial expertise. He specialises in providing professional career services for managers, executives and business owners.

Tanya has a BSc Psychology, MA Human Resource Management and is a fully qualified Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD). She has over 15 year’s HR and Recruitment experience and a wealth of experience within career development specialising within professional services. 

Throughout her career Tanya has interviewed thousands of individuals and has a strong understanding of the hiring process and how to be successful in job applications and at interviews. Operating at a senior level she also has an array of leadership development and talent management experience. 

Tanya’s interest in career coaching arose during a period of change in her own career. She is well suited to career coaching as it combines her Psychology degree, HR and Recruitment expertise as well as her passion for helping others.

Tanya’s has coached clients from a variety of backgrounds including property, law, engineering, medicine, research and the public sector. Using a variety of coaching techniques all of her sessions are tailor-made to each individual’s needs. Her focus is on transformation and change and her sessions are collaborative and solution-focused. Matthew MSc, BA (Hons) is a life and business coach, positive psychologist and mindfulness teacher.

Matthew has a Masters degree (MSc) in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology. When coaching, he considers his talent to be an enabler. He does this by becoming a thinking partner for others and helping them to clearly identify their goals and aspirations before supporting them to move forward and overcome barriers. This can be particularly beneficial for people looking for a career change or looking to increase motivation, performance, confidence or resilience in an existing role. An area of particular interest and experience is in helping others to increase levels of meaning and purpose in life.

Matthew has been working in career consultancy, recruitment and coaching since 2006. Until 2015, he was Regional Director responsible for recruitment, training and coaching teams in Cape Town. He has helped many people succeed in developing their careers as well as many well-known global businesses build and retain their talented teams. His previous clients included Amazon, Barclays, Whittards, McCann Erickson. He recently provided consultancy for one of the largest media companies in the world on how to conduct successful interviews.
