Facilitation

We are experts in guiding and managing discussions. Our skill at handling all group sizes in a workshop, meeting or conference space will enable the training sessions to move smoothly, ensuring that there is more value in the time you spend on ideas, policies and strategies.

Our especially crafted communication exercises encourage candid and controlled discussions and the whole process inspires clarity and insight. We are adept at knowing when to jump in, and skilled at moving the discussions towards constructive solutions.

Your Trainers and Facilitators


Ed Watson uses all of his experience as an engineer, school teacher, workshop facilitator, coach and mindfulness practitioner to create uplifting sessions which are both inspiring and practical. He is an engaging trainer who is able to inspire individuals to develop a deeper understanding of the new skills being taught.

Ed is passionate about helping teams to define what really motivates them and create long-term strategies to develop staff engagement. His energizing sessions will help individuals to connect with each other and incorporate techniques to nurture a culture of success.

 

 



Joe has extensive experience running workshops and training. He has taught, coached and delivered training programs in both the private and public sector for over 20 years. As a trained drama teacher he has a firm educational background, enabling him to inspire and motivate your team.

He is a dynamic workshop leader who is extremely skilled at creating a safe and productive learning environment, and he is passionate about helping people discover how to achieve more purpose and engagement in the workplace.

With Joe’s background in drama and theatre, the training will be well planned, entertaining and use a variety of creative techniques.

As the founder of my career switch he passionately believes in the transformative benefits of training, and how it positively impacts on the professional and personal lives of all those who attend our training courses.


Samantha has worked with directors of multi million pound companies, solo business owners looking for their new idea, and many individuals at big change points in their professional lives. Specialising in people engagement, culture change, and strategies that work in practice – Samantha has experience with large and small organisations, entrepreneurial founders, and the charity sector both in the UK and abroad.

Combining strategic sense with practical application, Samantha works with people to clarify what is really driving their ambition for change, to understand and articulate the impact they want to have in the world around them, and to develop different approaches to get them where they want to be.
